Best Summer Shoes For Your Kiddos

I’ve had a number of you reach out regarding a story I put on Instagram a week or two ago regarding what brands of shoes I got for the kids for Summer so I thought I would turn it into a post.

My number one all time favorite Summer shoe for kids is Native’s. They are durable, comfortable and can basically withstand anything. Plus, when they need to be washed I throw them in the washer and let them air dry. They’re lightweight, can take a beating, and have tiny holes so their feet can breathe (minimizing stinkiness). When I first started buying them a few years ago they were plain and came in only a few colors. Now however they’re adorable - they have different styles and have the CUTEST prints. **Sizing tip: if you’re little one is in between sizes you may want to size down - these tend to stretch a little bit.

For Jax, I love Reef sandals. Again, this is the third year in a row that I’ve got them for him because he loves them that much! Again, they’re lightweight, soft on his feet, and they actually STAY ON. Plus, they look good with anything! **Sizing tip: you may also want to size down for these as well.

For Harper, I love mini Melissa shoes. They’re comfortable, she loves the designs, and they’re SCENTED!!!. Her feet literally smell like candy when she wears them, and that alone is worth every penny in my opinion. I also love Haviana sandals for the beach (if you haven’t tried them for yourself, you need a pair - they’re ultra comfy). This is the first year that she hasn’t needed the strap in the back and so far they’ve stayed put.
