Transitioning into Fall with Apricot Lane

I’ve been sloooooowly coming to the realization that Summer is coming to an end and Fall is starting to creep in. While the seasons are slowly starting to change and the days become a little cooler, figuring out what to wear can become a challenge. The mornings start out cool but as soon as the sun comes out it feels like Summer again. So I’ve put together some outfits with the help of Apricot Lane in Pinecrest to help ease into Fall without feeling like you’re going to turn into a puddle the second it strikes lunchtime.

Here are the outfits I picked out. Everything can be found at Apricot Lane, it is THE cutest boutique full of clothing, accessories and shoes, and little knick knacks and gifts. If you aren’t local, follow them on Instagram @apricotlanepinecrest and you can place an order through there. Let me know what you think, and how you’re adjusting to the changing temperatures.

I was obsessed with this skirt the second I saw it. The colors were more earthy and it seemed like the perfect transition piece. I paired it with this crop top so it could still carry over during the hot mornings and early afternoons. To tie the entire fall look together I paired it with this light jacket. This was probably my favorite look of all.

This maxi dress was also perfect for these confusing days. It’s lightweight but still has long sleeves, making it perfect to carry over into cooler temperatures. I would also love this dres with an oversized denim jacket or the jacket I paired with the first outfit.

This sweater had the perfect combination of late Summer and early Fall. The colors are light and airy, making it suitable early Fall months, and it also had the consistency of it to keep you warm when the weather gets cooler. Also, can we talk about these JustBlack jeans? They’re equally comfy and flattering, which is win/win for me.

How cute is this skirt?! I’m obsessed with the scallops on the top. I paired it with this long sleeve crop top and booties. I also would love look paired with some over the knee or slouchy boots.

Last up is this cute striped knit top. The most perfect Fall basic. The colors are deep and neutral enough to pair with basically any color.
